We next assessed IgG antibody responses using an ELISA format and lymphocyte culture supernatant collected from our different categories of patients. Among them, 22 patients were positive by blood culture and IgG LPS-specific strip test, 9 patients were negative by blood culture and positive by strip test, and 35 patients were negative for both blood culture and strip test.
